Abhay and Neha, an ordinary married couple, find their lives overturned when a routine checkup reveals they are expecting triplets.

The police suspect foul play in Neha’s disappearance. A flashback reveals the arguments between the couple that led to Neha’s breakdown. Later, Abhay and the police officer get stuck in a lift.
The police and Abhay get out of the lift, after many efforts, and continue to search for Neha. Abhay sadly recounts the moments before she vanished. Will Neha ever find her way back to him?
