A young road worker named Yoshio is hired at the pension as an helper after being fired from his job. In the meantime, a woman named Kazuha crashes there after breaking up with her boyfriend.
The pension's staff tries to help Kazuha and her ex-boyfriend solve their relationship issues.
Yoshio's parents visit him at the pension.
Shiro starts dating a nurse from his father's retirement home.
The people in the pension tie up loose ends in their romantic relationships.
