Third-year college student Kazumi is a refreshing and energetic young adult with a positive attitude. The only thing is he just can't say "no." At college orientation, he joined 21 clubs because he couldn't refuse any invitations. At least he has no shortage of friends! It costs money to maintain all those friendships, but Kazumi has a nifty approach.
