Lethal Weapons of Love and Passion is a Hong Kong television series based on Huang Yi's novel Fuyu Fanyun. It was first broadcast on TVB in January 2006.
A man in black suddenly attacks the four Holy Monks in order to snatch away the Rain Ceasing Sword, which has been sealed for one hundred years. Master of Nu Jiao Clan, LONG FAN WAN, comes to stop him from snatching the sword. He believes that the Mongolian hero PONG PAN is back. The Holy Monks meet the retinue of Prince Yin Mansion, HON PAK, at the forest. They ask PAK to safeguard the sword and die. Orphan FUNG HANG LIT falls in love with KAN BING WAN at first sight. WAN sends LIT a sachet for holding his jade pendant. Master of Mercy Retreat YIN CHING UM asks her junior disciple TSUN MUNG YIU to look for her senior disciple WAN. YIU meets LIT in the forest. YIU and LIT find that WAN is abducted to The Sorcery Hill. LIT rushes to protect WAN from PONG’s arrow. LONG learns that PAK has got the sword and decides to organize a Sword Presentation Ceremony. WAN meets PAK at the market and takes the initiative to know him.… ...
The power of Rain Ceasing Sword is sealed. PONG asks WAN to unseal it with martial skills but she didn’t succeed. PONG asks WAN to bring the sword back to LIT and he will asks MEI to snatch the sword later. LIT wants to marry WAN. He tries to visit his master LAI YEUK HOI with WAN and asks HOI to become the witness for their wedding. On their way to HOI’s place, LIT learns that PAK will be killed for losing the sword. He therefore rushes to rescue PAK. LIT breaks into the jail to save PAK and tries to return the sword to PAK. At this very moment, CHIK TSUN SHUN, master of Tsun Shun Clan, appears to snatch the sword. While WAN tries to deliver a letter to PONG with a pigeon, YIU appears suddenly. WAN deceives YIU that her ultimate goal is to seize the sword for UM. PAK follows LIT to Tsun Shun Clan so as to get back the sword. Some robbers attack them on the way and Captain HUI YEUK MO’s daughter HUI YEH YUET comes to rescue them.… ...
The emperor CHU YUEN CHEUNG tries to bribe LONG but LONG rejects and leaves. CHEUNG is very upset. Captain HUI YEUK MO reminds LONG to beware of villain. LONG learns that SHUN is hurt and rushes to Tsun Shun Clan. He meets YIU there and YIU believes that PONG didn’t obtain the Rain Ceasing Sword yet. LIT brings WAN to his master LAI YEUK HOI. After listening to WAN’s instrumental performance, HOI orders LIT to break off with WAN. HOI tries to kill WAN but LIT risks his life to save her. HOI is very angry and kicks LIT out of his sect. LIT swears that he will never give up WAN and they gets married. LIT wakes up and finds that WAN has disappeared. He searches through different places to look for her. PAK takes care of SHUN attentively and SHUN is touched by his kind-heartedness. LIT looks for WAN at Mercy Retreat. UM asks YIU to help LIT along the way. LIT finds that WAN is seized by PONG.… ...
YIU worries about LIT and follows him all the way. LIT is heart-broken but he has no regrets on his love. MEI attacks SHUN and the others. She forces SHUN to disclose the hiding place of the sword but UM arrives on time to save them. SHUN tells LONG that he has kept the sword in Tsun Shun Clan. He asks LONG to take the sword and kill PONG. YIU tries to console LIT. Hoping that YIU would give him up, LIT kisses her by force. LIT loses all interests in life and hopes to end his life by the hand of YIU. He fails and cries bitterly. LONG and UM arrive at Tsun Shun Clan and are shocked to find PONG there. They fight with each other but discover that the sword has disappeared. SHUN learns that PONG makes use of LIT to practice Righteous Evil and he comes up with a decision. SHUN hasn’t met his wife PAK SAU SAU for twenty years. He asks PAK to deliver a puppet to SAU as a gift of apology.… ...
YIU comes to The Sorcery Hill to question WAN why she has deserted LIT. She seizes WAN with the Rain Ceasing Sword but PONG appears to stop her. WAN is overjoyed to find that PONG cares about her a lot. PAK finds his huge inner power unbearable. LIT tries to help him but PAK stuns him accidentally. PAK wakes up and decides transfer his inner power to LIT with the help of somebody who possess better martial skills. LONG receives a letter of challenge from PONG and decides to fight with him by using the Cloud Ruling Sabre. PAK begs LONG and UM to help transferring his inner power to LIT. LONG says that PAK doesn’t have any martial skills and this could do harm to his life. When PAK transfers his inner power to LIT, repulsion occurs. In order to save PAK, LIT cut off his own circulation pathway. LONG witnesses this and confirms that LIT is not a bad man.… ...
YIU plays tricks to KIK and his true identity is revealed. KIK refuses to hand over the Rain Ceasing Sword and he fights with YIU. UM appears and urges KIK to hand over the sword to her. YIU pretends to be a storyteller and makes friends with KIK. LIT witnesses that the government is assigning harsh tasks to the Mongolian slave and he comes into deep thought. HUI finds that YUET is well behaved and agrees to let her stay in Prince Yin Mansion. LONG makes wine for PONG and invites him for a fight three months later. PONG knows that LONG is devoting himself on practicing martial arts wholeheartedly. He takes this chance to set up a banquet for all martial arts practitioners. Prince YIN worries that the civilians will be enraged if CHEUNG continues to exploit the iron mines. PAK doesn’t know how to control his huge inner power and hurts the soldiers accidentally HUI orders people to tie him up.… ...
Prince YIN pretends that he is seized by LIT so that HUI will agree to release all the Mongolian slaves. LIT is deeply touched. HUI suggested marrying YUET to Prince YIN. YIN worries if YUET is willing to marry him. YUET claims that she doesn’t want to get married at this moment. PAK and LIT encourage her to reveal her true preference to YIN. PAK and YUET drink with each other overnight. HUI arrives to find them drunk. Being drunk, PAK reveals YUET’s true preference on marriage to HUI. HUI is very angry and slaps PAK on his face. YUET requests to delay the marriage for one year and Prince YIN agrees. HOI discovers that Prince YIN has released all the Mongolian slaves and he is enraged. HOI’s younger brother was killed by Mongolian and he hates Mongolian deeply. LIT wants to reveal to HOI that he is a Mongolian but HOI questions him before his confession. HOI wants to abandon LIT’s martial skills and inner power.… ...
WAN accomplished her mission successfully and reports all these to PONG. PONG swears that he will arouse LIT’s hatred towards the Han people. YIU asks PAK to keep the secret of WAN’s evil trick in front of LIT. PAK asks KIK to teach him martial skills. LONG and HOI compete with each other. HOI says that LONG’s martial skills have gone backward. LONG is attracted to a tavern by the scent of wine. The tavern owner KUK CHI SIN serves him with nice wine and this reminds him of the beautiful days with his long-lost wife. YIU asks PAK to take good care of LIT. She leaves to join the banquet for martial arts practitioners. PAK and LIT try to attack PONG on the way but they are not able to hurt PONG. LIT is hurt after the fight. PONG displays the Eight Holy Objects and threatens the people from different clans to drink the whole cup of wine. HOI initiates a contest with PONG. He loses the contest and wants to commit suicide.… ...
PONG says that YIU is very important to LIT but WAN believes that YIU cannot replace her in LIT’s mind. LIT goes to the tavern to apologize to YIU and YIU is gratified. YIU knows that LIT still misses WAN and she feels sad. KIK says that Madam SHEUNG SAU will be able to retain LIT’s martial skills and asks YIU to bring him there. In order to gain control over Yap Wan Clan, MEI kills many people there. KIK wears a mask and rescues his lover WAN CHING. PAK is killed by MEI. When YUET and KIK try to bury him, PAK suddenly resurrects. KIK says that PAK has to die and resurrect for three times before fully mastering SHUN’s forty-year martial skills. LONG meets YIU and PAK while practicing his Sabre Routine. He brings the two to the tavern to try the Mind Touching Wine. LIT and YIU save an injured woman and realize that this is Madam SHEUNG SAU. LIT learns that YIU has eaten Sheung Sau Fruit.… ...
LIT begs SHEUNG to save YIU. SHEUNG says that YIU has to pay the price for loving LIT too deeply and she kicks LIT out. SIN and LONG come to visit SHEUNG on behalf of YIU and LIT. LONG asks SHEUNG to let go of the past. SHEUNG says that LIT and YIU have to sleep with each other and practice Sheung Sau Routine in order to detoxicate the poison. LIT’s martial skills will be resumed as well. The two hesitate. KIK wants to feed PAK with poisonous wine so that he will die and resurrect. In this way, PAK’s inner power will be released. YUET finds this absurd and takes PAK away. The Sorcery Palace colludes with Sea Sand Clan. They try every means to conquer the other clans. Their power and influence over the country is getting stronger and stronger. KIK suggests stealing the Holy Objects of different clans at The Sorcery Palace. MEI follows PAK and YUET to the forest. WAN deceives LIT by telling him that she has done all the evil things to him because she is controlled by PONG unwillingly. LIT believes in her completely. YIU says that WAN doesn’t love LIT wholeheartedly but she decides to step out of the eternal triangle. PAK and YUET pretend to be beggars so that nobody will notice them. KIK brings them to an inn. YUET suspects that KIK is playing tricks on them so she tries to lay bare his plan. The ambassador of Korea is killed by somebody and Prince YIN rushes to the scene with others. KIK suggests that PAK could pretend to be the ambassador in order to draw out the killer. Prince YIN agrees with him. Captain of the imperial bodyguards, LING YIM, set up a banquet for the ambassador. PAK finds that YIM is the killer. WAN says that she loves LIT but YIU believes that WAN actually loves PONG.… ...
YIU finds that LIT is discomposed all the time. She also finds something strange at the incense burner inside LIT’s room. YIU tells LIT that WAN is lighting some infatuating incense at LIT’s room and WAN only loves PONG. LIT questions WAN. WAN says that she needs the infatuating medicine to anesthetize herself. WAN asks LIT to retire from the world with her. YIU worries that WAN will harm LIT. PAK wants to drown himself to death. Female entertainer PAK FONG WAH comes to visit him for the puppet given by SHUN. KIK says that WAH’s ultimate aim is to look for Prince YIN. PAK is seized by WAH. WAH is SHUN’s long-lost wife. She recalls the unbearable memories in the past. She kills PAK out of anger and takes away his dead body. LIT gives the bamboo flute to WAN and asks her to deliver it to PONG. PONG brings LIT to a Mongolian yurt and hopes to recall his lost memory. LIT is actually a Mongolian prince.… ...
PONG says that LIT has recalled his memory as a Mongolian prince and he shouldn’t hide away anymore. WAH tries to burn the dead body of PAK. YUET rushes to the scene and asks WAH to stop the fire. PAK suddenly resurrects. WAH is shocked to find that PAK has transformed into SHUN. PAK asks WAH to forgive him and WAH cannot refrain from the urge to kiss him. YUET rushes to separate them. Ha Chik Clan is one of the eight major clans. The head of Ha Chik Clan refuses to accept LIT as their leader because LIT used to be an apprentice of the Han people. PONG is regretful for sending LIT to LONG but he waits patiently for LIT to gain back all his memory. In order to show his love to the Mongolian imperial family, LIT swears that he will take back the skeleton of the past Mongolian emperor and PONG supports him. HUI discovers that PAK has pretended to be the Korean ambassador and worries that Prince YIN will be embroiled.… ...
YIM discusses the case of Prince YIN with the prime minister WU WAI YUNG. YUNG says that CHEUNG only wants to give Prince YIN a warning. PAK’s martial skills and inner power have improved drastically. However, he worries that he will be seriously punished for pretending to be the Korean ambassador. In this way, he will not be able to retaliate for SHUN. HUI asks his retinue HANG and HA to oversee PAK. YEUT is angry for this but PAK doesn’t mind. KIK takes PAK away. HUI is frightened to find that PAK has disappeared. Prince YIN tries to explain everything to CHEUNG. PAK suddenly appears. CHEUNG wants to give death sentence to both PAK and LIK. PAK tries to take the blame completely. Surprisingly, CHEUNG remits the punishment of both LIT and PAK and appoints PAK as the official ambassador. LIT says goodbye to PAK and reminds PAK to take care of himself. LIT tries to look for the weaknesses of CHEUNG with PONG and other members.… ...
CHEUNG asks PAK to be the judge for this literary contest. PAK doesn’t know what to do and gives ambiguous comments. Afterwards, CHEUNG grants Prince YIN a cup of wine. KIK teases PAK for not knowing the rules of the game in the palace. He also worries about Prince YIN’s future. Prince YIN appreciates LIT for his good observation skills. LIT persuades Prince YIN to work hard on improving his relationship with CHEUNG. YIU reveals to UM that she loves LIT. UM says that she will not intervene in her love affairs. UM asks YIU to deliver a letter to CHEUNG. YIU says that CHEUNG is pretending that he doesn’t worry about the threat of PONG. CHEUNG is surprised for YIU’s detailed mind. YIU meets LIT in the market. LIT reveals that he has separated with WAN. PONG worries that YIU will hinder the mission of LIT. LIT feels confident that he can handle both love affairs and personal mission at the same time.… ...
PONG needs to shut himself up in a place for practicing martial arts. He asks MEI to safeguard the place for him. WAN overhears all these and tries to attack PONG secretly. PONG is hurt but stops his subordinates from chasing WAN. WAN tails after PONG for another chance to attack him. WAN hesitates all the way whenever she has a chance. PONG asks WAN to find the truth by herself before making a decision. A group of Han people suddenly come to attack PONG and WAN. WAN hurts PONG accidentally while fighting with the crowd. After going through thick and thin with PONG together for so many times, WAN has decided that she will stay with PONG and back him up in carrying out his mission. LIT reveals to WAN that both of them has find their own true love. WAN tells LIT that PONG is on the way to attack YIU. LIT rushes to the scene when PONG nearly kills YIU.… ...
PAK tells LIT about CHEUNG’s sadness. LIT suggests that PAK could pray for CHEUNG. YIU mentions about the street kid’s song to LIT and YIU feels bad about CHEUNG’s past wrongdoings. PAK is arrested while praying at a temple. This is actually a trick played by CHEUNG to circumambulate PAK. PAK is angry and blames CHEUNG for not trusting anybody. CHEUNG is enraged and wants to give him punishments. The Sorcery Palace sends a coffin to CHEUNG. CHEUNG is enraged and gathers all imperial officials to the palace to discuss the counterplot. Prince YIN and HUI discuss about CHEUNG’s great reaction and conclude that he has something wrong in his mind. CHEUNG invites YIU to the palace. YIU persuades him not to kill so many people. CHEUNG shows YIU a note of advice from a mute fortuneteller long time ago.… ...
LIT takes charge of all the Eight Major Clans. PONG says that their greatest enemy at the moment is LONG. He needs to shut himself up for practicing martial arts in preparation for the coming contest with LONG. WAN says that YIU is a rational person. She predicts that LIT will have a hard time in choosing between love and comradeship in the future. HUI invites PAK to the palace on behalf of CHEUNG. PAK wants to reject but eventually agrees to go. CHEUNG asks the imperial doctor to examine PAK’s injury. PAK reveals that he possess the forty-year inner power of SHUN and he has recovered already. CHEUNG asks PAK to compete with the imperial bodyguard and concludes that PAK is very talented in martial arts. PAK and YUET fall down and kiss each other accidentally. They both feel something special after the kiss. YIU teases KIK for being scared of love. YIU cannot forget CHEUNG’s evil act of killing the Mongolian people.… ...
The contest ends in a draw. Both PONG and LONG are hurt. CHEUNG asks UM to seize the chance and attack The Sorcery Palace. YIU doesn’t understand why UM always support CHEUNG. UM says that no one is perfect in this world. MEI says that CHEUNG may attack The Sorcery Palace and PONG thinks that this will fit into his plan. KIK is misunderstood by CHING and CHING slaps him on his face. KIK decides to take the initiative in chasing CHING. CHING and YIU meet the people from The Sorcery Palace and chase after them on separate ways. This is actually KIK’s plan to please CHING. In the night, MEI appears in the market. YIU and LIT follows her all the way to a shop selling wheels. CHEUNG asks UM and his subordinates to attack PONG. UM is shocked to find that WAN is fighting for PONG. PAK attacks PONG and pushes him off from the cliff. WAN is heart-broken and commits suicide for PONG.… ...
Prince YIN set up a banquet for all clans in the country. Everybody praise PAK for killing PONG but HUI believes that PAK doesn’t deserve the rewards. HUI and PAK argue with each other unhappily. MAN wants PAK to become his subordinate. He believes that PAK loves women, so he arranges female entertainers to please him. KIK says that PAK and YUET have feelings towards each other. PAK searches for YUET at night to give explanations. HUI meets him by chance and quarrels with him. PAK is enraged and leaves with KIK unhappily. HUI asks YUET to keep a distance from PAK. Prince YIN says that HUI has kicked away PAK and he doesn’t know what to say in front of CHEUNG. CHING says goodbye to YIU but ignores KIK completely. KIK is heart-broken. YUET and PAK miss each other intensely and they wander on the street separately. LONG questions PAK about the death of PONG and suspects that this is another trick by PONG.… ...
PAK tells HUI that he would like to move back to the Captain’s Mansion by giving the excuse that it would be more convenient for him to visit CHEUNG. HUI has no choice but to let him go. CHEUNG asks Prince YIN to offer amnesty and enlistment to LONG and Prince YIN feels uneasy. LONG knows that this is the idea of CHEUNG. He goes to the palace and tells CHEUNG that he will not submit himself to his control. CHEUNG is very angry and he assigns Prince YIN and HUI to attack Nu Jiao Clan. Prince YIN and HUI doesn’t want to hurt LONG but they have no choice. YUET and PAK are dating with each other. YUET asks PAK to try pleasing her father HUI so as to make way for their future. PAK tries to please HUI sedulously but they end up arguing with each other since HUI is going to attack Nu Jiao Clan. PAK questions CHEUNG for the reason of returning evil to LONG’s kindness. CHEUNG says that his decision is made and there is no return.… ...
Prince YIN gathers all imperial officials for discussion and tries to cover up the fact that CHEUNG is captured away. PAK believes that LONG will bring CHEUNG to a village called Fung Yeung. He asks LIT to search for CHEUNG with him. LIT and PONG plan to walk in different routes and try to kill CHEUNG in the midway. YUNG says that CHEUNG is missing and MAN should take his place. MAN scolds him but secretly tries the emperor seat. LONG brings CHEUNG back to Fung Yeung. They find that the villagers are beating a pig fiercely. They discover that those villagers are tormented by CHEUNG’s tyranny and they beat the pig harshly as a way to release their anger towards CHEUNG. CHEUNG meets the old Buddhist abbot in the Royal Temple. The words of this Buddhist abbot inspire CHEUNG. PAK finds CHEUNG and LONG in a forest. CHEUNG cannot bear the hardship of traveling and he becomes sick. LONG goes out to look for a doctor.… ...
PAK learns that HUI has criticized him for not having any literary background. YUET asks PAK to study more and hopes HUI will change his perception. LIT and the others are worried for LONG and CHEUNG has reconciled with each other. They also believe that Prince YIN will be one of their major obstacles. YIU confirms that the Mongolian holy objects are replaced by fake objects. She suspects that the descendant of the past Mongolian emperor is still alive. LONG and KIK compete with each other on martial skills by verbally saying the steps. YUET takes this chance to ask LONG to take PAK as his apprentice. LONG decides to take both PAK and LIT as his apprentices. LIT worries that LONG will discover his true identity so he refuses to become his apprentice. In order to please HUI, PAK pretends that he is studying hard on military strategies. HUI sends him a lot of reference books. PAK set up a fire at HUI’s deceased son’s room accidentally.… ...
CHEUNG plays chest with Prince YIN. He realizes that Prince YIN has many good qualities. MAN worries that Prince YIN will become a threat to him. YUNG promises that he will help MAN to become the next emperor. YIU asks LIT to accompany her to Mongolia and search for the Mongolian descendant. On the way, they meet YIU’s senior disciple who has got married already. LIT takes this chance to propose marriage to YIU and asks her to stop finding the Mongolian descendant. WAN comes to steal the martial arts book with a mask on her face but UM recognizes her. UM suspects that PONG is still alive and he is making some evil plan secretly. YUET’s birthday is coming and PAK decides to celebrate with her. HUI tells PAK that Prince YIN has taken her out for celebration already. YUET returns with Prince YIN happily and PAK is jealous. YUET is drunk and goes to look for PAK. HUI witnesses this and kicks PAK away.… ...
WAN cannot find UM. She is worried that UM will kill PONG so she rushes to PONG’s place. UM follows WAN to PONG’s hiding place and tries to kill him. WAN risks her life to save PONG and UM is killed accidentally. WAN is heart-broken. She begs PONG for allowing her to deliver UM’s dead body back to Mercy Retreat. YIU becomes the Acting Leader of Mercy Retreat and she swears that she would kill PONG for UM. HUI is dissatisfied about PAK all the time. PAK scolds HUI for being greedy and money-minded. PAK’s foster father HON TIN TAK accidentally discovers the portrait of HUI’s deceased wife. He feels uneasy for PAK is actually HUI’s son. PAK and HUI quarrel with each other for YUET’s marriage. PAK curses HUI for not having a son forever. TAK rushes to stop him and pulls him away. CHEUNG goes hunting with Prince YIN and MAN. Prince YIN wins the contest and asks CHEUNG to cancel his engagement with YUET. CHEUNG refuses.… ...
Prince YIN and TAK chase after PAK and YUET together. They tell them that PAK is HUI’s son. TAK reveals to PAK that he used to be a robber living in the mountain. PAK is shocked to know the truth and scolds TAK angrily for killing his mother. PAK and YUET are very sad to know that they are brother and sister. PAK and HUI meet again but they appear to be strangers. Deep in the night, YUET darts away on a horse to give vent to her sorrows. Prince YIN worries about her very much. He follows her all the way to console her. PAK finds that Prince YIN is carrying YUET on his back when returning home and he feels bad. YUNG arranges meeting for MAN and LIT. LIT agrees to secretly assist MAN in becoming the emperor. YIU is short-tempered all the time after UM’s death. LIT tries to console her but it doesn’t work. WAN prepares some delicious dishes to PONG attentively before leaving. PONG feels that something is wrong.… ...
Prince YIN tells LIT that CHEUNG doesn’t treat him well for he suspects that he is not his own child. LIT believes that if Prince YIN cannot ingratiate CHEUNG, MAN will become the next emperor. The mountain robbers are doing harm to the civilians all the time. CHEUNG gathers all imperial officials to the palace for discussion. HUI wants PAK to learn quickly. Prince YIN advises HUI not to hurry too much. HUI finds that PAK is very thoughtful towards TAK and he feels unhappy. He asks TAK to leave his house. PAK quarrels with HUI on behalf of TAK and HUI says that PAK’s personality resembles his deceased mother very much. YUET says that PAK should show more understanding towards HUI. While looking for HUI, PAK discovers the truth of his mother’s death. He cannot forgive HUI and runs away to find LONG. Prince YIN persuades YUET to stay. YUET agrees but she treats HUI coldly. MAN makes a request to CHEUNG that he wants to lead the army on his own when fighting with the Ghost Shadow Cops. CHEUNG thinks that MAN doesn’t have any experience before so he rejects his proposal. This is actually the proposal of LIT. LIT tells MAN that he will surely win if he lead the army on his own. HUI becomes the leader in fighting with the Ghost Shadow Cops. Prince YIN tells YUET that this fight would be very dangerous and YUET asks HUI to take good care of himself. LONG asks PAK to show more understanding towards HUI. He should let go of the past and reunite with him. HUI attacks the enemy in the middle of the night but they lose the battle completely. HUI is seriously injured and they are being trapped in the mountain. YUET and TAK rush to Nu Jiao Clan to inform PAK about the case and PAK rushes to rescue HUI. HUI asks PAK to bring all the injured soldiers back and he will stay in the mountain to draw away the enemy.… ...
Prince YIN and MAN lead two teams of army separately to fight with the Ghost Shadow Cops. LIT realizes the talent of Prince YIN in the battle and confirms that he will become his major obstacle. After WAN’s death, PONG is emotional all the time. PONG tells LIT that he will understand his feelings in the future. KIK and YIU go to Mongolia to look for clues concerning the Mongolian descendant. YIU realizes that CHEUNG has massacred a lot of Mongolian people in the past. YIU brings back a symbol of the Mongolian imperial family from Mongolia. LIT sees it and tries to hides away his jade pendant from her. YIU finds some birds made by grass at the palace and suspects that LIT has colluded with MAN. PAK finds YUET’s bracelet on the floor. He discovers that YUET is staying with Prince YIN happily and he feels unhappy. CHEUNG asks LONG to meet with MAN. He wants to show him that his decision of appointing MAN is correct. LIT and PONG know that MAN is under their control but LIT worries about his relationship with YIU. YIU tries the Sword Heart Practice but she still cannot unseal the Rain Ceasing Sword. KIK suggests that she could ask Yap Wan Clan to help. HUI talks about military strategies with MAN. PAK and LIT meet HUI when they are drinking tea together. PAK is afraid that HUI will be angry so he stands up and tries to leave. HUI appears to be open-minded and he expressed that he will not stop them from seeing each other. HUI wants PAK to compete with LIT on their martial skills. He wants to observe LIT through the contest. PAK discovers that he has lost YUET’s bracelet and he is very unhappy. PAK is heart-broken for the death of HUI. LIT warns PONG not to harm anybody again. PONG is surprised for LIT’s martial skills have improved a lot. YUET accepts the bracelet of Prince YIN as a sign of accepting his love. During the funeral of HUI, PAK swears that he will continue HUI’s mission to protect the country. TAK has got a letter from HUI before he leaves and he delivers this letter to LONG and Prince YIN. LONG and Prince YIN ask YIU to observe the moves of LIT carefully. Prince YIN tries to test if MAN and LIT are on the same boat. MAN says that Prince YIN should carry out investigation for HUI’s death. CHEUNG is very angry to learn that the Mongolian descendants are involved in HUI’s death. He wants to kill all the people in the Mongolian Clans. LIT is seriously injured and he eventually dies. PONG is heart-broken. PAK is very sad for LIT’s death. YUET consoles him. PAK is afraid to tell YUET the truth that they have no blood relationship. CHEUNG decides to cancel the appointment of MAN in his birthday banquet and appoints Prince YIN as the royal prince. PAK tells CHEUNG that YIU has been captured by LIT. CHEUNG worries that his whole imperial family will be in danger. LIT uses infatuating smokes to mesmerize YIU and YIU eventually unseals the sword. MEI says that YIU has no value now and she wants to kill YIU. LIT stops her and tells her not to do any harm to YIU. PAK leads an army to look for YIU and discovers that she is trapped inside the prime minister’s mansion. Everybody try to discuss the ways to attack LIT. CHEUNG is enraged after knowing that MAN has colluded with LIT. Prince YIN tries to arrange every detail for the birthday banquet and CHEUNG appreciates him very much.… ...
CHEUNG drinks a cup of toxic wine prepared by MAN. Before his death, CHEUNG decides to write a letter to cancel MAN’s appointment and appoint Prince YIN as the new emperor. However, he is seriously intoxicated and dies. Prince YIN swears that he will take revenge on MAN. MAN praises LIT for his clever plan. LIT finds that MAN is a cold-blooded person and he dislikes him. MAN becomes the new emperor and LIT reveals his true motive. LIT commands that MAN should be obedient to him in the future. LIT feels sorry for LONG’s death but he is determined to carry out his mission of overthrowing the Ming Dynasty. Prince YIN swears in front of LONG’s grave that he will defeat MAN. KIK set off to gather all clans in the martial field to support Prince YIN. PAK discovers that the Cloud Ruling Sabre has lost its brightness but he continues to practice the Routine. He eventually overstates and YIU persuades PAK to bring a new life to the Sabre. MAN uses excuse to cut down the manpower under PAK’s control and appoints LIT as the Chief Captain. LIT requests Prince YIN to hand over his army but Prince YIN refuses. As suggested by LIT, MAN requests PAK to attack Prince YIN. PAK refuses and he resigns from his official position. YIU believes that LIT is not a bad man. She persuades him to give up his plan. LIT refuses but he asks YIU to go out with him for one day. The marks on the Cloud Ruling Sabre are all gone and PAK feels helpless.… ...
The battle finally begins and many people from both sides die. MEI wants to sneak into the town to kill Prince YIN but LIT stops her. LIT finds that many of his soldiers are seriously injured but all of them are determined to fight for the Mongolians. LIT feels uneasy and vacillating. Prince YIN cannot bear to see so many people die in the battle. YIU tells him that LIT only want to build a harmonious world for both the Han and Mongolian people. She suggests Prince YIN to negotiate peace with LIT. YIU becomes the Han ambassador and invites LIT for a peace negotiation. LIT agrees to meet her. LIT and Prince YIN has different objectives and their negotiation is not successful. The battle will begin again very soon. YIU is worried for the coming battle. KIK says that both Prince YIN and LIT have no choice but to fight again reluctantly. LIT breaks into the fief of Prince YIN. Prince YIN loses the battle and escapes.… ...
LIT and PAK compete with each other just like what PONG and LONG did. Different clans in the martial field come to support Prince YIN. MAN worries that he will be killed. He kicks MAN out of the palace and orders him to retrospect himself by becoming a monk. PAK feels confused for LIT has lost the contest deliberately. YIU consoles him and says that LIT has used his blood to exchange for the well being of Mongolian people. Prince YIN becomes the emperor. He makes a command to remit all the sins of his civilians. YIU decides to give up the Leader role at Mercy Retreat and waits for LIT patiently.… ...
