An unexpected motherhood transforms the life of Bela, a successful doctor who, after losing her best friend, takes on the mission of caring for her four children.
Bela promises Juli she will pick up Samuca from school, but while stopping at a market, she has to attend to a pregnant woman who is about to give birth right there. Vanessa is annoyed that Bela wants to admit the pregnant woman to her hospital. Bela and Juli’s car flips over after a crash, and the nursing technician is left in critical condition.
