As Apeksha worries for Bhoomika, Bhagya prays for her safety. Deep in the forest, Shakuntala’s goons knock Anand unconscious and close in on Goutham and Bhoomika.
Goutham fends off the goons while escaping with Bhoomika. Just as they’re cornered, Shivanna arrives to help. Elsewhere, Bhagya’s family is stunned to find her chanting hymns.
Shivanna fights off Shakuntala's goons and rushes Bhoomika to the temple. After the treatment, she goes into labour. As Goutham comforts her, Shivanna informs Parvathi about it.
Goutham, Shivanna, and Parvathi rush Bhoomika to a hospital, where Shivanna fends off attackers. Elsewhere, Anand regains consciousness. Meanwhile, Karna arrives for Bhoomika’s delivery.
Goutham rejoices as Bhoomika gives birth to a daughter, but Jaydev kidnaps the baby on Shakuntala’s orders. When everything seems lost, Karna's words about a miracle give Goutham new hope.
