It has been weeks since Jet's ill-fated battle with Ward, but Ward is still spreading rumors about him as a "rage quitter." Jet thinks the only way to stop the rumors is by ranking-up even faster! Perfect timing - there's a limited time event that allows players to try any Warrior. But can Jet handle a high-kicker in battle if he's never trained with one?
Bria runs into her old friend Maddy, who she knows from when she was on Team Ward. Maddy tells her she has left Team Ward too and can help Bria get back the Arcade Warriors Ward stole from her. But Ward's not going to give them up that easily!
Jet has been on a losing streak of late. The stress of stopping Ward, finding Stormstrike, and becoming the ultimate Akedo champion have taken their toll, which would be bad enough - if he weren't in the middle of the fight of his life! Some guiding words and trips down memory lane from Bria, Cub and Chux Lee might be the answer.
Not only does Cub want to be an Akedo Champion… he wants to be top of the Akedo streaming game too! To get more subs, he starts making a “Top 10 Split Strikes” video, starring Bria and Jet. And Cub has an epic final battle in mind for his video…
Since Chux Lee’s transformation into the incredible TURBO CHUX form, Jet and the gang have been trying everything to make it happen again, with no luck. Soon they realise that the answer may lie in one of the oldest mysteries of Akedo – the legendary warrior STORMSTRIKE – and set out on an epic adventure to find out if he’s real for once and for all.
Bria’s Prideheart – which she recently won back from Ward – glitches mid-battle into Darksting! Bria sets out to find out the cause of the problem, and restore her beloved warrior, and sets her sights on Damien Ward. But to get answers, she’ll have to battle Miss Slither, and her legion of glitched warriors.
Bria is anxious about her upcoming match against the mysterious player. He always uses high kickers, and Bria struggles to come up with a strategy to win. Cub offers some advice, in the form of a wacky behind the scenes Cubnet video about weapon-master Warriors, that might just provide the solution.
Bria and Cub have just levelled up to ‘Epic’ rank – and Jet is just one match away from joining them. But the match is with his old rival Dwight and his brand-new warrior – Glitchblade! A powerful glitched clone of Jet’s Chux Lee.
Realising the only way to advance past Dwight and Glitchblade, and thwart Ward and Miss Slither’s plans for Akedo, is to unlock the secrets of Chux Lee’s Turbo form, the gang are set on an epic journey into the depths of Akedo by Thunderwind, one of the oldest Warriors in the game. But on their way, they encounter one big, stinky problem.
