Leland Crooke

Leland Crooke is an American film, television, and stage actor known for a prolific career featuring extensive collaborations with writer-director David Beaird. Beginning his professional career on stage in regional theater productions such as Bal and Mother Courage and Her Children, he transitioned to film with roles in projects like The Party Animal, My Chauffeur, Pass the Ammo (as Sheriff Rascal Lebeaux), Scorchers, and The Master of Disguise. On television, he has built a massive resume of guest-starring and recurring roles across popular network series, including Key West (as Paul "Gumbo" Beausoleil), Melrose Place, ER, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel (as the demon Sebassis), Charmed (portraying Candor of The Triad), and NYPD Blue. Science fiction fans also recognize him for multiple appearances across the Star Trek franchise, including playing the Vorta Gelnon in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine ("One Little Ship" and "Honor Among Thieves") and the alien Firek Plinn in Star Trek: Enterprise.
